I called yesterday and got a quote from the owner, Daren. He recommended a tire which I had not heard of before and another tire. He gave me his opinion on both, and pointed me in the right direction for some research if I wanted to do some. After my research online, I decided to go with the tire he recommended. He was able to get me in for the next day, and explained he would have a free loaner car waiting (part of their service there for any major work done.) When I got there, I explained it would be tough for me to come back before he closed, so he said "no problem, if you can wait a half hour, I can get your car done in that time." I was in total shock, I was getting 4 new tires, an allignment, and brake inspection. Before I knew it, 25 minutes had passed, and my car was done! And I know they did everything correctly b/c their showroom allows you to watch them as they work on your car, plus my car drives great! I was in total amazement at the speed and the service I received, when they say express, they really mean it!

Loaner car availability makes being without your car for a day hassle free. Found prices competitive with other local shops and way below what a dealer would charge. Product knowledge is very high, they explain what they are selling you and why. The store is clean and comfortable and the staff is courteous. In my opinion you are getting what you pay for.

This place will try and rip you off!! Stay away! I noticed a leak in my tire (it was low) and I was going from waltham to the pike. I was going to put air in the tire and go to a place near my office. Then I saw Express Tire and Auto Service and decided to pull in........ what a mistake! Right from the start the sales rep was smug, but told me they would take a look. After a half hour, he came back and said the tire was junk and that I needed a new tire. I asked to look at it. He said I could not. He then said that there was nail in the side wall and it was beyond repair. I told him I knew the nail was there, but it was in the tread!!! He said no I needed a new tire. I said plug it, I'll pay for the plau and take my chances. now it's been 1 hour. After we argued, he agreed, and an hour after that I was good to go. I went to my neighborhood place, they said the work was shody and said that a plug was the way to go and that I did not need a new tire at all. Just the sales rep trying to rip me off. Avoid these guys they just want your money, opposite of what their website says.

The guy ripped me off for 50% more than Hogan Tire prices for two Michelin tires, after bad-mouthing Michelins (which he coincidentally does not stock). I called Hogan day after and had 2 rears put on by them at 3/3 the price of Express tire for IDENTICAL tires!!! A - - HOLES!!!

First I went Sears, then Direct Tire, then Express Tire. The quotes were very different. The tire I needed was quoted $290/each at Direct Tire and $219/each at Express Tire. I needed 4 tires so I obviously went with Express Tire. They gave me free loaner car and free alignment. Then when I picked up my car, they told me I get a free alignment and balance every 6k miles for FREE. In addition, they fix any flat I get for free as well. This is what I call customer service. I am very impressed!
